In 2015, Svveat’s Founder Johanna Robles Tam started a personal blog to share the beginning of her fitness journey. While exploring Toronto’s neighbourhoods, she discovered an abundance of free workouts led by passionate and knowledgeable community leaders. It was this discovery and the realization that these experiences should be shared more broadly that Svveat was born.

Our team carefully curates content on a daily basis to ensure you find the best opportunities to get you started on or continue with your fitness goals.
