Come join me for a FREE workout every Saturday. I’ll be conducting this series every week at no charge. This is meant as opportunity to learn how to be a competent mover away from traditional paradigms of strength and conditioning. Influences are drawn from calisthenics, animal flow/movement, martial arts, and yoga, and will include knowledge on injury prevention, and maintenance for currently existing injuries. If you’ve ever been curious about the movement that I teach, this is the perfect opportunity!
