lululemon – Cumberland

lululemon Cumberland offers multiple ways for you to get your sweat on each week. Staple yoga classes are available in-store on Sunday mornings. Registration for yoga classes are not required. Lululemon also provides a HIIT community class every Tuesday night. This May, Tristan from The Motion Room will be hosting workouts in-store. It’s first come, first spot on the floor to sweat it out.

In-person training for the Toronto Waterfront 10k is available from this location. Lindsay Scott from the Runners Academy is leading the Cumberland store training program with support from Jess Melville of the Parkdale Road Runners. lululemon Cumberland location is the speed portion of the training program and each week we will be adding a little extra. Registration for this event is not required – just show up!

  2. Hi Caryl. You don’t need to register for the HIIT class in advance – just show up! Come 10 minutes early to meet the instructor. There are change rooms available should you need them. Have fun and let us know how it goes!
