In 2015, Svveat’s Co-Founder Johanna Robles Tam started a personal blog to share the beginning of her fitness journey. While exploring Toronto’s neighbourhoods, she discovered an abundance of free workouts led by passionate and knowledgeable community leaders. It was this discovery and the realization that these experiences should be shared more broadly that Svveat was born.
Svveat has been created with the busy everyday athlete in mind. We carefully curate content on a daily basis to ensure you find the best workouts/classes to get you started on or continue with your fitness goals. We at Svveat believe that everyone should have the opportunity to be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves, so we focus our efforts on showcasing workouts that are free of charge. No matter which part of the city you live in or how tight your schedule may be, we believe you’ll find your fit here.
