Two years ago, I learned how to make a website and in 2015, I started a fitness blog. Little did I know that it would all lead to this. I’m so excited to introduce you to a new company that I have co-founded called Svveat.
While blogging and exploring Toronto, I realized that there was an abundance of free workouts to help people start or continue with their fitness goals. When people asked where they could find out more, I realized that there was no straightforward answer. This is how Svveat was born.
